All cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio. They are used strictly for security and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your complete privacy. ★ COVID-19 Sanitization ★ Your health and safety are our top priority. After each guest checks out, we follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process to maintain a safe environment. ★ No Smoking Inside ★ Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional cleaning and restoration fees, including a $500 cleaning charge, a $1,500 fine, and immediate reservation cancellation without refund. ★ Quiet Hours & No Parties ★ Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM as required by city ordinance. Avoid outdoor music and keep voices low to prevent disturbing neighbors. Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited at all times. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate cancellation without refund. ★ Charcoal Grill Notice ★ A charcoal grill is available for guest use. Please note that charcoal is not provided. For safety and cleanliness, kindly clean the grill after each use (grill brush provided)
